Pickler was born Kellie dawn Pickler 28 June 1986. Pickler had a difficult childhood. It was when she was two that the mother of her child left her to escape from an violent union. Then, in 1995, she returned back to the world of Pickler, and took custody. It did not work out as planned. After Pickler was 12years old, the court remanded her to her grandmothers, whom she grew up until adulthood. Pickler was too occupied by motherhood due to the absence of her parents. Pickler admitted she didn't get enough time for schools and began to be a domestic worker as a child. Pickler was a member of the middle and high school's cheerleading squad. She graduated in 2004 North Stanly High School. Pickler was also a contestant in a beauty pageant. She was once the title to Miss Stanly county.
