Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes is an American actor who is most well known for playing the role of detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS police procedural drama series CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence as well as the role of Dr. Lane Hunter on the medical drama The Resident. She also received acclaim for her bold television debut in the role of Eleni Andros Cooper in the CBS soap series Guiding Light. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are among her film credits. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted into a film with Vlas Parlapanides (the duo who came up with The Immortals) is said to be in production. She is also filming for the upcoming show Gods & Heroes.
