Dwayne is the lead pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He is a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne also has a heart to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He is also the author of a number of online pieces.
